1480 Guerneville Road is an adaptive reuse project in Santa Rosa: the conversion of a 10,000-square-foot former showroom and warehouse into a full-service supermarket and restaurant. Reuse of this kind is exacting work — retrofitting food-service infrastructure into a building never designed for it, from commercial kitchens and refrigeration to grease interceptors, ventilation, utility upgrades, and the health-department and building approvals that govern them all.

CRC acquired the property in 2015, executed the conversion, leased the space to its new tenancy, and sold the stabilized asset in 2018 — a complete reinvention of an obsolete building, delivered and exited.
