John Cappiello
John began his real estate career in the 2000s and oversees the company’s day‐to‐operations, development, and asset management, focusing primarily on project underwriting, acquisition, and management of the company's current and future development pipeline. John performed and managed all acquisitions, rehabilitation, and financing for the company's single family rental portfolio, as well as all entitlement and construction of CRC's development projects. Prior to founding CRC Development, John was a Financial Analyst in the Washington, D.C. office of investment bank Houlihan Lokey. John is also a licensed California real estate broker.
John holds a B.S. in Business Administration, majoring in Finance, from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business, and is past Board Member of Oakland’s Jobs and Housing Coalition. Born and raised in San Francisco, John currently lives in Marin County with his wife and their two children.

Matt Cappiello
Matt began his real estate career more than 50 years ago and oversees the company's financing and investor relations. Since 1973, he has specialized in the brokerage and development of commercial and industrial properties. He has brokered investment properties and operational facilities for his clients in San Francisco and throughout the Bay Area and has represented major companies and developers in their acquisition needs. Matt has also managed the entitlement and development processes for retail, industrial, conversion, and renovation projects, ranging from a hanger at the Alameda Naval Air Station to a SoMa warehouse property into multimedia space, and the conversion and sale of over 300 apartment units to condominiums in Oakland. He is currently the managing member in investment entities that own commercial properties in the North Bay and more than 300 apartment units in Oakland.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Santa Clara University and is a California-licensed real estate broker. He is an avid golfer and lives in San Francisco with his wife, where they raised their family.

Bill Rosetti (1936-2025)
Bill began his real estate career in 1970 and oversaw the company’s financing and business development. Bill was a United States Air Force and Pan American Airways pilot who was active in all facets of the real estate business for over fifty years. During that time, he was at the forefront of a variety of real estate trends in the Bay Area. He was a founder of TRI Realtors, a firm of more than 1,500 residential and commercial agents that was sold to Coldwell Banker. In addition to the several Charitable Boards that he sat on, Bill was a founder and on the boards of several organizations that were professionally and politically active in affecting the development of projects and the property rights of the owners in the Bay Area, such as The Coalition for Better Housing in San Francisco, and the Jobs and Housing Coalition in Oakland. He developed, built, and renovated residential, commercial, and office buildings throughout the Western United States.
