Cherry Ranch is a 67-lot residential subdivision in Santa Rosa, entitled and permitted by CRC for a mix of single-family homes and duets — paired homes on individual fee-simple lots that deliver attached-housing density with the simplicity of single-family ownership, and no condominium structure or HOA burden.

CRC carried the site through the full approval arc — subdivision mapping, city entitlements, and an extensive environmental permitting process — followed by approval of the site improvement plans, delivering a construction-ready project. CRC sold Cherry Ranch to a national homebuilder, which acquired the project fully approved and positioned to build.
