Condominium Conversion Portfolio - 5 Buildings | 330 Units | Acquired & Converted Early 2000s
Across five Oakland buildings — 466 Crescent Street, 55, 66, and 77 Fairmount Avenue, and 590 El Dorado Avenue — CRC's principals converted 330 apartments to condominiums, executing one of the more technically demanding disciplines in residential real estate: condominium mapping, DRE approval, HOA formation, and unit-by-unit sales, building after building.
The buildings were acquired and converted in the early 2000s, with the majority of residences sold before CRC's founding in 2007. Ten residences were retained — and remain owned and managed by CRC today, a continuing presence in buildings the platform converted more than two decades ago.
