Shamrock Center is a 62,500-square-foot retail center on 7.2 acres in central San Rafael, developed in the late 1990s by Matt Cappiello on behalf of the property’s ownership, which continues to hold the asset today. Nearly three decades later, CRC serves that ownership as asset and property manager, responsible for leasing, tenant relations, and day-to-day operations.
