A similar concept to 1888 MLK, each of the 39 studios in 1414 was planned to be equipped with a full kitchen, pots and pans, in-unit laundry, air conditioning, built in couch, bed, and storage, and wired for multiple internet service providers, cable, and telephone. The building would also provide smart building access systems, bicycle parking, a roof top shared open space with firepit, and a carshare.
