Located in Oakland's Lake Merritt neighborhood on the corner of 17th and Alice Streets, CRC acquired this former office and daycare property in December 2014. CRC obtained planning entitlements for 70 residential units ranging in size from studios to 2-bedrooms, and ulimately sold the project to another developer in 2015.
