Built in 1916, this 16,000 square foot historic office building was acquired through bankruptcy in 2018. CRC renovated the building throughout, installing all new mechanical/HVAC systems and lighting, upgrading the electrical service, bathrooms and kitchenettes, as well as installing all new ADA compliant storefronts and windows across the entire facade. ADA bathrooms were installed on the ground level, with new flooring, hardware, and painting throughout the property. The property was ultimately sold to a local government agency for office and programming use.
